LOCAL LEAGUE GUIDE - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW - 2011
Each league that charters will receive their charter kit which includes rule books and scorebooks for each team chartered. In addition, the league president will receive a copy of the Local League Guide which can be downloaded in electronic format using the link below. This guide has a wealth of valuable information for league officials.

2011 WAIVER REQUESTS
If your league needs to obtain a rule waiver for the tournament trail, the league president must download the following form, provide all of the information requested, and then return it to the State Commissioner. Waiver requests must be made by League Presidents and they must be processed at the state level by the State Commissioner before they may be forwarded to the Southeast Region Commissioner or the National Commissioner. Waiver requests are generally processed in a timely manner which will result in a yes/no decision within 3-5 days.
